HEALTHY-ish Halloween: Healthy Candy Corn

Welcome to day 1 of 7 Days of HEALTHY-ish Halloween! During the halloween season it becomes so easy to fall off the wagon and land on the road of processed sugar.  For the next 7 days I will be posting healthy dinners, snacks and desserts! Below you will find day one’s recipe; a fruit salad made of “candy corn”. Enjoy!

You will need~

  • Chopped pineapple
  • Clementines OR mandarin oranges
  • Whipped coconut cream OR plain homemade whipped cream with no sugar
  • Shredded Coconut

Layer and serve!

Yes, its that easy.
